A small brewery inside the Strahov Monastery above Prague Castle, revived in 2000 on the site of a monastic brewery recorded in 1628. Its St. Norbert beers are brewed on the spot.

A pub first: open daily from late morning into the night, no booking needed for a beer, though tables fill up in the evening.
